Can Bark Off be used to stop dogs from barking? Well, for all our sakes let’s hope so. Anyone who has ever suffered from episodes of annoying dogs barking would be relieved if this were true. Regardless if it is your dog or your neighbor’s dog, sometimes we all need relief.
